Had a pair of tires installed by them and couple days later one was flat. Sprayed the tire with soapy water and found the leak which was due to a bad seal on the bead. Called to ask about a getting it taken care of and they wanted to schedule it out to the next day. Sorry but a 10 min repair for an issue on your end shouldnt need scheduling out. Poor customer service on this part. Ill pay someplace else to fix their mistakes.

Great service at a great price
Had Randy and team install 4 new tires on my son's car- they were fast, friendly, and very competitive in price for the services. I would highly recommend them!
Buyer BewarennMinus two stars for old products.Three stars for the excellent customer service. I purchased four Premier LTX tires. I was accommodated well by Randy during this troubling time. I was in and out in less than an hour. But I come to find out that three of my tires are 4 years old and the fourth is 3 years old. I am sure this is not the fault of Kansas Tire and Auto but their supplier.
