This place is great! Kelly, who I believe is the manager, always fixes my tires up for me. There is a leak and I have to get them aired up quite often and he is always on top of it. He cleans my windows every time and truly does take care of his customers. I would definitely recommend this place for any repairs you may need or if you're just needing your gas pumped/tires aired up.
We’ve taken our vehicles to Washburn Auto Service Center for years and trust Ken and his team to do a great job at a fair price in a timely manner. We recommend them all the time to our family and friends.
We asked for a diagnostic check and also made it clear that the issue of not being able to start my vehicle was most likely from the chip in my key however, the diagnostic we didn't recieve and was charged $195 for the guy doing nothing basically but a day later telling us its the chip in the key. Horrible service and communication I will never resort to taking my vehicle back or using any of Washburn Auto services.
