I will go no where else from now on. They were recommended to me by a fellow employee. The were very helpful, enjoyable to walk through what I needed. They had trouble to find a filter needed and called to update me on the progress. They have a great oil change program. Left a nice surprise sweet treat for me. I didn’t wait, but had a spot to wait with drinks available. Also offered a ride. I would recommend them to everyone.
Tremendous first time experience. The staff was very knowledgable, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. The little things included in their customer service go a long way. A much better experience than I ever received at the dealership. This is my new auto service provider.
The best service I’ve received from a mechanic shop. Pete was awesome and super helpful. Called me and kept me updated on the status of my car. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, and I wouldn’t recommend any other mechanic shop other than this place. 5 stars hands down.
