They are good at what they do
The machine that told you the type of filter you needed was broken but they did have a book
Went in thinking I had a flat tire and it ended up being a fluke. Showed up 45 minutes before close expecting them to be busy but they still helped me out. John and his team were excellent. To those people discouraged by Wal-Mart, they likely get very busy and do the best work they can. I would go back if in a bind again.
They told me that it was going to take at least one hour maybe two for them to get to my car and yank my old battery out and install the new one. It was just shy of an hour start to finish. The staff were very nice to me and apologized for the delay when I came to check on it when they found out that something was missing from the paperwork and got it fixed promptly and efficiently. Within a few minutes or so I finished paying for it and walked out the door to get to my car and leave. Very good place to get your vehicle taken care of as long as Walmart has what you need at the time.
