Clarion Woods

Not what it used to be. Couldn't get any further on the trails than the other end of the pond. The forest was beautiful a few years ago. Used to be my favorite in Topeka. Now I can't even tell if those woods exist.

It's not that I dislike the park, it WAS a very cool little park until, I believe, the city did some work to eventually put a road on the east side. Now the trails are pretty messed up it no longer feels wild. Just another park.

The pond is nice but the nature trail and grounds could use some maintenance.

Nice place to fish. Good trail's.
