Little Caesars Pizza

Not sure why this place is rated so low. I have probably ordered pizza here 10 times in the past six months, sometimes using their app and sometimes just walking in for a hot and ready. When I have ordered on the app, my pizza has always been ready at or before the time quoted to me. The prices are amazing, especially when you consider the quality comparison with other pizza chains. Because the majority of my orders have been via the app, I haven’t had a ton of interaction with the people working there but they have always been friendly to me at pick up. For my part, I am very glad this location opened up and have always been very satisfied with my experience here!

Very Impressed with Jason! Quick background, I have lived in Topeka since July 2020. To be honest, Topeka lacks customer service as a whole so when I have the pleasure of working with someone who possess natural customer service skills (like Jason), I really want to take the time to acknowledge them.nnIn the typical fashion we went in to place an order. Jason assisted us and to be honest this started out as a normal order and experience. In taking our order he worked through our options and made sure we were all set with our order. Jason shared our order would take a few minutes as they were making many orders.nnWhile waiting we decided to visit a store close by and drove away. Wait time was about 20 minutes. When we pulled back up, not only did Jason noticed us but took the time to gather our order, and brought it to us. Not only did he get all of our order he also remembered to get our sauces. I am sure to some this may seem basic and expected.nnTo us however it was perfect and spot on treatment! These are skills that cant always be taught. Jason displayed a perfect understanding to customer service and executed it. This was not prompted by any request from us and it really stood out.nnI hope the management of this location is able to see, read and takes a few moments to not only thank you him but to recognize him for his efforts.nnGreat job Jason!

I like Little Caesars. Been buying it since my youth. It was sad when they all closed in Topeka. I was very happy that this one reopened. I visited here one evening. I ordered as a walk in and the clerk said it would be 15 minutes. I was surprised since I thought I had ordered all hot and ready items. It was 5-8 pm per the sign in the store. No big deal it would be hotter. I waited 25 minutes. I finally asked where my order was and I was told they were working on it. I asked for my money back. I did not want to wait another 15 minutes. She talked to the manager for my refund and he had my order in 2 minutes. I hope that this was just an off night, because I like their food. I do plan on going again and I recommend you do too.

The young man that waited on me was fantastic. Greeted me as I walked in the store new his job very well. Very personable. He's a keeper

My family loves little caesars for a quick and affordable meal. We almost always have a perfect experience since this spot opened up. Tonight I ordered a couple pizzas and one was pretty toasted so I called and spoke with Lincoln who was beyond helpful and I'd still rate a burnt pizza night 5 stars saved by good customer service.
