Kenny was super helpful told me I could drop off my truck over the weekend and he'd reach out first thing Monday morning and he did and had it back to me the next morning. Friendly and good communication. Prior to this I thought something was wrong with my vehicle and Kenny said my battery cable came loose and not to worry he'd just tighten it and send me on my way. Love a honest shop! 5 stars

The only place I’ll ever go for transmission work. I was towing from Salt Lake to San Diego and had transmission issues just south of Vegas. Kenny got me in first thing in the morning, had parts ordered and got me fixed up within a few hours. Kenny understood the situation I was in and went out of his way to make sure I could get back on the road as soon as possible. He easily could have said no and it would have been perfectly reasonable. Not to mention they did it all at a great price. I can’t thank these guys enough.

I had my 2009 Dodge Ram 100K mile transmission service done here on 06/2019 at 96K miles. 09/2020 The transmission went out on my truck and I had it towed to my mechanic located in Green Valley, a certified shop. They pulled the transmission and found the transmission filter fell off and was sitting in the pan which caused the damage. The transmission had to be rebuilt and it was by a certified Mopar Tech, photos available. Upon completion I drove over to Aamco and presented the original Aamco invoice and the repair invoice with the findings to the manager Kenny, Saturday 10/3/2020. He said he would give it to the owner on Monday and he would give me a call. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday no call so I drove over on Thursday 10/8 to the shop. They said the manager was out and I ask that he call me. As I was driving away he called me. He stated that he spoke to the owner and his response is as follows " he was not going to call me or discuss the matter stating that their was no evidence". Well there is, he just doesn't want to see it or discuss it. Judging by the comments here most are satisfied and I am happy that you are. We are reasonable and all we ask is to meet ,discuss the problem and resolve the issue. Right now the shops integrity is showing. Own your mistake and let resolve the issue, it's $3,500. If the factory filter stayed on for 10 years and 96,000 miles it is reasonable to expect yours would have lasted more than 13 months. Steven you have my number, just call.
