I have taught yoga for 15 years and this is my go to studio on Topeka when ever we visit my spouses family in Topeka. Solid quality instruction, no bs, clean and professional. One of my favorite studios in the country. Great job Lava!!!
I love this studio. I go to the community class on Wednesday evening which is always full b/c it's so popular. The session is very relaxing and a good workout at the same time. The instructors are very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this.

I have been attending Lava Yoga for a few years now. It’s always been a favorite workout of my week. In December, I had major foot surgery and had to be off of my foot for a few months. The first activity (other than walking) I was cleared to participate in, was yoga! I started back up in February and my balance has improved so so so much! Yoga helps to clear my mind. It allows me to get a great workout and spend some quality time on me! I loved it before surgery and appreciate it so much more since having surgery. Lava Yoga is for anyone! Give it a try friends, you will not be disappointed. The instructors are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate and inspiring! I recommend Lava Yoga to anyone!!
This was a great experience. Alan was a great instructor and I'll definitely be back.
