Did not have what I came for but store is clean

Sometimes have what I'm looking for

Bought a nice basketball for my kid. Good selection from rubber outdoor balls all the way up to nice leather indoor balls.

Lack of customer help from employees and it was cheaper for me to get items I was looking for from a larger competitor. Even had one employee tell me not to mention there competitor in the store when I was mentioning the price comparison. So needless to say I spent 240 dollars on a crossbow at Cabela's instead of 600 at academy sports. The employees were only trying to push highly priced items and there now didn't have a scope and the one I bought does. So I'm needless to say happy with my choice and recommend shopping around for better prices.

Big selection of athletic clothing in popular brands. Much better than, the competition across the street.
