I walked into the store at 1:30 and I wasn't greeted by anyone and there was no help in sight. After an hour trying to find someone the lady that I met was pushing me to buy something at the store and trying to encourage me to take dance lessons that she offered.nnThe store was a disaster and was unorganized. It was hard find a costume that I was looking for.nnOverall my experience here was unethical and I wouldn't recommend going. 0/10

The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. Beverly, the store owner, lies on the phone to get customers to come in to her horribly mismanaged and messy store. I could barely walk around the piles and piles of items. I had called ahead to make sure they had the items I was looking for. She did not look for the items as promised. I had driven 30 miles to come to her store and when I got there she in fact came out of the back room with a cookie in her mouth. Then told me I could go hunt for it in her back room myself. She wasted my time and my gas. Do not shop here.
