Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

Pretty disappointed actually. We went to get our kids some pants and long sleeve shirts to get ready for the colder months. In the past the friends and family discount was 50% off everything except clearance, but apparently this has changed. Now it takes everything to a total of 50% off for each item, it ended up costing us about $100 more then we planned. Yes there was probably some fine print that stated this change, but it was a pretty drastic change and should have been made clear as we have used this coupon many times in the past. It also didn't help that we asked an employee who told us its 50% off everything but clearance. Overall, we were very disappointed and this felt like a very shady move that cost us an extra $100. DISAPPOINTED big companies still like to hide things in the fine print that directly effect the customer. Probably won't be back for awhile.

It was a good change of pace. Store clerk was surperb.Love the selection of clothes and shoes.

Liked the old store in the mall. It was budget bigger and had a lot more to choose from.

Not much of a selection and some associates were lacked customer service skills
