If I could give them zero stars I would. The experience was absolutely awful and they messed up half of the tuxes for my wedding. We will never be shopping here again. Different members of the bridal party had pants that were too short, jackets that were too large, they forgot to put one jacket in the rental tux. They also had shirts that were too big or shirts that were too small. It was a mess. Even though the people have been properly fitted by their employee they did not seem surprised when we told them which employee messed up. At the end of the day certain portions were able to be fixed but there are still a lot of ill fitting garments. Overall it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend.

I looked at suits for my wedding, and the staff here was incredible. I picked out my suit within 30 minutes and had fun doing it. The best customer service I could ask for!

I think the man’s name is Alex. Younger guy. Anyways, I came in on 3 separate occasions, planning, measurements, then pick up. Alex was there for all 3 times. Great guy, very helpful, very honest. Got me in, took care of business and got me out. His managers were great as well. Helped me save a little money by taking advantage of some deals.

I immediately give a bad rating when I go in and ask for help from the salesman leaning on the counter and he gives a huge collective sigh before begrudgingly taking my measurements. Sorry to bother you guy who works there. (Faux hawk 40 year old)
