Champs was........Champs. Went to browse and got some nice sweats. Buy 1 get 1 free, I love that stuff. Salesperson was nice. Good shopping experience.

I shop at Champs every two weeks, my usual location is the one out East, I was at the west location today ready to make a purchase. Associate was pleasant and respectful she got one of my stars on this review. Receipt didn’t print so she called the manager he looked at me and my daughter over his shoulder told me I had to swipe my card twice I was going to be charged twice and within 7 days I will get a refund I said no I know how this works and is a hassle just don’t give me a receipt he said I can’t do it. I said why? Mumbled “it is what it is” looking down to me. I asked did you just said that? He said yes I did. What’s up? I asked for the manager he is the manager Apparently John is the manager I let him know he was rude and disrespectful he said “you want the shoes or not?” I said no I’m leaving... and yes my card was charged. I’m extremely disappointed. Poor customer service and poor management skills.

Champs is one of the best shoe stores in Clothing outlets that I have been to it is always a pleasure spending my money there top of the line shoes and closing wonderful staff helpful always great deals going on like buy one get one

Best place in Topeka to buy shoes all the workers are very nice and friendly and very helpful definitely recommend this place if you're looking for great deals on shoes
