Spencer's

I was in there with my granddaughter the other day and reached in my fanny pack for a wipe to clean my hands when this rude heavy set guy came back & accused me of stealing. I am 71 & I don't steal!!! Never have & never will. I told him I was just reaching for a wipe and didn't steal anything. Later I went back to tell them off!!! Can't believe people act like that to customers. Told him I was never coming in there again. I have purchased things for my granddaughter many times in there! Never again! You need to talk to your personnel about how to treat customers!!

I am not sure who the guy was but he worked at Spencer’s. He was rude. My friend and I went in and were looking. We wear our masks under our nose so we can breath. Well the worker had asked us to put our masks above our nose, so we did. But then I saw a pair of glasses I liked I wanted tried them on. The female worker saw me pull my mask down so I could see what I looked like with the glasses. She was helpful and didn’t say anything to me. Then the male worker rudely repeated himself telling us to pull our mask above our face. In which that case I got snippy and said”you already said that” and he said”if you don’t like it then leave”. So we were walking towards the door to leave and we got to the door and pulled our masks under our nose and he followed us out saying we were now banned from the store and if we tried to come back he would ban us from the entire mall. Lol
