I didn't even want to put one star. The customer service sucks just as bad as the lazy employees. I bought both my nephews the same matching pair of shoes. Unfortunately I didn't have them with me to try the shoes on. One pair wasn't right. Tried to exchange but they didn't have the correct shoe. So I asked for a return. They refused. So if your shopping in the Topeka mall at our LAST footlocker here, good luck. Make sure you know exact sizes before making a purchase.
