Loved the products I ordered but I’ve emailed, called and messaged on Instagram questions about price matching but no response. I assume it’s because they don’t want to give me the 70% off that they had the DAY after I made the purchase. Pretty disappointed because I’d like to order from the site again but won’t

I love Francesca's but I had fabulous service at this location today. It was my first time in Topeka I want to say her name was Anne; I'm not sure unfortunately. But OMG so sweet and helpful. I love great customer service and she was lovely. The store was organized nicely also, as usual.

Love Francesa's. Love the clothes and the staff is always pleasant. My only complaint is ..I wish it was bigger and offered more.

The clothes in this store are calm, casual, and elegant. It has a beachy feel. The jewelry reminds me of boho chic. I personally like the style of this store. I will be going back! Hopefully West Ridge Mall doesn't close.
