As we were driving through Kansas on the way to drop my daughter off at college in Indiana my car began to overheat! Thousands of miles away from home with no knowledge of the area our tow truck driver recommends Smith's Mobile Repair. I immediately phoned Smith's mobile and Debra picks up the phone. I explain how my daughter was scheduled to check into her housing in 2 days and that we are miles away from home. Debra was amazing, she put my mind at ease by reassuring me that they could help and will get her to campus on time. After a little back and forth understanding that Mike was already helping another customer I was towed to a local hotel where in the morning Mike showed up ready to fix my car problem. My radiator had a slow leak caused by a mall pebble, Mike not only showed me the issue he explained how things like this happen. Debra even pitched in by picking up the equipment Mike needed from the shop so he could begin removing the old radiator. Less than 4 hours later the problem was fixed and we were on our way. I finished my road trip and returned to California with no other issues with my car. Mike did an awesome job at assessing the problem, fixing it and making sure I knew what to do if something were to change along the route. I am forever grateful for both Debra and Mike, Thank you for helping us out so quickly enabling me to get my daughter to school on time!

We were traveling through Topeka and had a wheel bearing fail on our camper. Smith's made it out to help us quickly. He diagnosed the issue, sourced parts and got us on our way. We were very pleased with the service we received and would absolutely recommend them.

The alternator on my son's car went out on the side of the road. Deborah was great in setting everything up and Michael was very prompt and professional. He had us fixed up in no time. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.
