Horrible customer service!nI took an appointment 2 weeks ahead with these people. And I specifically asked if the technician who deals with “transmission service” would be available to check the issue and I got an appointment on the day that he/she would be available.nAfter making me wait for more than 2 hours, they mentioned that the crew is not available to do anything and I have to reschedule for the next week. The front desk person was way too rude and was acting like he was doing me some favor.
