Dropped off my 17 RT this morning... rear end collision. Professional staff and you can request daily updates on the progress of the work being done. Great work on our car. This shop will take every shortcut they can on your vehicle. They can't do anything right. It would be difficult to find somewhere worse than Briggs. Based on their poor quality work on my vehicle, the 5 star reviews are questionable.
Outstanding quality and service. My BMW was rear ended which required a new bumper and paint. Top notch installation and the color match was flawless, I recommend everyone at least check them out.
Very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable group! They are up front and honest and really care about the customer and the customers safety. They informed me my vehicle had structural damage that shouldnt be taken lightly. I appreciate them making my safety their first priority. Go see Tucker and Justin at Briggs Auto Body in Topeka.
