It's an AutoZone. I drive boring Toyotas and so they always have exactly whatever part I need. The parts guys in there are just what you'd expect. If you need boring parts for your bland Toyota head on in and get hooked up. Added bonus there right next door to Pizza Hut, so grab a pie after you fix your headlight.
I went to this store to process a return for an online order, I was told I needed the transaction number which I got from the customer service line, when I went back in the store all I got from the sales manager Kristy Martin, was a horrendous attitude, complete with rolling eyes, telling me that I didn’t need to have such an attitude. I would not recommend this store to anyone, I had much better service with the store on 10th street. The manager at this store needs to learn how to treat customers with respect.
My friends battery died. The gentleman was very nice. And put it in for her. Great service thank you.
Had what I wanted. Was satisfied with store, employees and parts.
Good service and very helpful. My only complaint is an employee on a smoke break outside and using vulgar language.
