Very honest and outstanding service. I brought our car to Performance Auto because of the excellent reviews of the shop, and the reviews were absolutely correct. After finding out how much it would cost to fix my car's struts and sway bar links, they were very understanding about letting me take my time to figure out what I wanted to do. They were very honest with me about what was a safety matter that needed fixed vs what was something that just sounded bad and could wait. Although, she had under-quoted me (and still gave me discounts to get me the original quote she gave), their price remained competitive compared to 4 other places I called. She was honest about how long it would take to fix my car. It was done exactly when she said it would be. It only took 2-3 days, but I was okay with that, as I was told ahead of time. When I went to pick up my car, they were very friendly. I had no idea this place was a family run center. They've done very good work. I would go back and I would definitely recommend.
Mary is a kind front desk staff. They did good work on my Accord. Performance is a straight forward shop. They communicated and did a good job for a reasonable price.
I found this shop this summer and have taken a couple vehicles there. The quality and price of their work is great. I found a new mechanic in town.
