I was very impressed that the shop kept us updated every couple days with a thorough status report. They were very professional and the work looks great.
Great service and great work!
Unfortunately I have had to bring my cars in for repair several times. Fortunately, each time the work has been outstanding. The entire experience, from getting an estimate, to getting a rental and ending with picking my car up, was worry free. They take care of everything!! The people are always friendly and professional. I wouldn’t take my car any place else for repairs.
I praise walts for their service. Ive used them twice after 2 different deer accidents. The first went smoothly my car was finished on time and looked great. The second there were a couple of mistakes made in the repairs but they were very quick to resolve those issues and they even paid for my rental while the work was being done. I appreciate the people at walts so much
I was very worried about leaving my truck there because I never experienced a vehicle that needed body work. All I wanted was to have my truck like it was when someone hit it.
