These guys could have easily taken advantage of me when I was stressed and up-sold me. I thought I needed a new tire and was ready to pay $150+, but they were honest and told me it was just the air cap, a $6 fix. They were nothing but professional, trustworthy, and patient. That's why I always go back to them. Shop manager Ryan was great to me!
We were on our way back to Colorado when our battery light turned on. The crew check the system and found an alternator was needed! They did a great job! They went above and beyond in their customer service for us by giving us a ride to a hotel! Thank you!!!
I went in to have my oil changed and have my brakes checked because they were squeaking I expected a huge bill and ended up with a huge relief when they told me it was just surface rust and that my brakes were perfectly fine They changed my oil and got it out in a timely manner
Kyle at Midas over by 21st @ Wanamaker was a great help, he explained everything to me to where I could understand it & even taught me some things I didnt even know. He is very professional and kind and when I found out I needed more work done than planned they helped me file for a midas credit card and I didnt have to pay a penny up front or for the whole first month!
