Great place with amazing people and good prices. They once made a mistake during a patch they replaced my tire with the same exact thing that I had even though it was over $400, they were apologetic and understood the inconvenience as well. They have my business for LIFE especially if they keep treating people like this.

The whole staff and team at Big O were WONDERFUL!!!! My husband has been working with Doug, Dutch, and several members of the team on getting new wheels for his truck. He could never make up his mind so I got them ordered and they help me keep it a secret- and that was a struggle. Had them put on today and he was overwhelmed with excitement when I went by his work and showed him.nThanks for all your help Joe was super excited and loved the wheels. Great Team to work with...
