We had been experiencing issues with our iPhone battery holding a charge and were looking into purchasing a whole new phone. I found Batteries plus as an option to replace the battery at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, no sales pressure tactics. You can schedule an appointment online however it is not necessary, they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend using them as a resource before spending money on a new phone when you may just need a battery replacement.
My wife's phone wouldn't come on or hold a charge anymore. Sprint/T Mobile don't have repair capabilities in Topeka and they told me the closest was Junction City or KC, even just to get a new battery.nI went to Batteries Plus which was closer to my home than the other stores and told them what I needed. They were able to replace the battery on the phone and got it working again for an extremely affordable and reasonable price.nThey had great service and I'd be very happy to go back if/when I ever need to!

I had issues with a mower battery that seemed to keep losing charge. It was out of warranty but still should have been good for another couple of years. I couldn't find the correct battery elsewhere. At Batteries Plus, not only did they have the appropriate battery, they also checked my battery and determined it was still Good. I charged it overnight and it has been fine. Even though I didn't buy a battery this time, when I need one, I'll come here to get it. Great service.
I have had good luck with this store. The employees are always helpful and the store usually has what I need.
