Replacement windshield was custom order. Safelite staff advised as to anticipated lead time and contacted me immediately on arrival to schedule replacement appointment. Staff was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond on windshield replacement. I didn't even have to adjust my rear view mirror when I picked the car up; it was positioned exactly as I left it on the new windshield. Highly recommended!
