These guys are hands down the best people to work with! I had a minor accident that was covered by insurance and I wanted to pay to get another scratch fixed. They were very up front about the charges and the needs to repair everything I had asked for. The fix was estimated to take 8 days, but they had it done in 6 days! Throughout the process Josh and Frankie were both extremely friendly and helpful. They were very detailed about what needed to be done to repair and they were also the first to contact me. I love that I did not have to keep calling them, they texted to let me know every step of the process. The quality of work was amazing and my car was returned back to me 100% repaired and cleaned with no extra fees or extra wait time. I highly recommend this location over any other body shops in the valley!

The staff members did an excellent job on restoring my hot rod Mustang. My car looked brand new. Eric kept me updated with restoring process and really made me feel special, like a friend not just a customer. I hope never need them again but if I do I will be more than happy to bring my business to them.

This is my second time at caliber collision. The bodywork that they did on the damage portion of my car was excellent. They’re paint work is also top rate. Unfortunately in the process of the repair they needed to separate the positive and negative battery connections from the car and they neglected to properly reconnect the battery so that two days after the vehicle was returned to me the car did not start. The connections were not tightened so we were literally able to easily slide the connections off with our hands and needed to tighten the screws back on ourselves in order to recharge the battery. This was an unfortunate oversight on the part of caliber collision. Again I have to say their body work is excellent. But, It was very unexpected and inconvenient being stuck in a Costco parking lot unable to start my car , having to wait for the proper tools to connect the battery properly, and then having to drive several miles to recharge the car battery. I’m just glad this all happened at a location close to home and I was able to easily call someone for help. I also need to talk to caliber collision about new trim installed on the driver door that does not look new. These are minor details that caused big inconveniences. But, their bodywork is very good.

I went in after a car accident, and I was sent here by progressive to get my car fixed. All I was worried about was my car not being fixed on time, and the paint job not matching. Amazing job, exceptional work! I got the car not even a week after, and they kept me posted on EVERY MOVE. Text message updates and phone calls. I could not have gone to a better place! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
