Turned my experience into a bigger headache went in to get a dent and a deep scratch that dented in to be pulled and re painted, the guys were friendly and helpful at first and said shouldn’t be a problem getting the paint to match since I know silver is a tough color to match and I kept asking them are you sure it’ll match and they said yes so I trusted them. 2 days later truck is done I give them credit for pulling the dents which they did a great job at that but the color did not match at all ended up being a lighter shade of silver on the middle of my door and my entire bed side, they noticed I was not happy with the outcome of the paint so they told me they’ll try and get the paint to match better if I leave it for another couple days which I was impressed that they offered to correct it so that made me feel better, two days later show up instantly noticed that the paint match in the door came out great they figured out the color match but also noticed my bedside now doesn’t match the rest of my truck they didnt take the extra effort to also correct my bedside that they painted the wrong shade of silver. I mentioned it when I showed up and it was obvious they didn’t want to deal with me so I kinda gave up now that I’m seeing it more it gets more and more irritating. Also left a mess in my backseat with all the paint dust from the sanding covering my backseat and a STRONG odor of paint that’s still in my truck.... I hate to write negative reviews I applaud them for fixing my door and taking the hit on that but could’ve also did the entire job right and I would’ve not hesitated to give them 5 stars even after the first hiccup.... almost 1000 dollars out the window and a truck with 2 different shades of silver.

Amazing work couldn't be happier was quoted 2 days but they actually finished same day. Incredible price more than fair. My experience well worth 5 stars all around.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had! I had a driver's seat that needed to be dyed. Steve (manager) sent a tech over for the repair. A week after the repair the seat was still extremely sticky and if anyone sat on the seat the color of their pants or shorts would stick to the seat. I called Steve and explained that the seat was still sticky from the repair, Steve was combative and argumentative with me his customer. I could not believe he would speak to a customer like he was. We ended up having to hire another company to fix it.
