Definitely a great service experience! I was throughly impressed with the service/store manager, Bing, as he actively listened to my concerns and assured me that my car would be fixed properly AND for a reasonable cost!
“ Say what you mean and mean what you say”
is a motto that I personally live by and respect others for adopting also. Well, Bing followed through on his words by placing Corey, one of his top mechanics, on the job. A few hours later my car was running smoothly and the amount due was very reasonable compared to the other higher estimates I had received to do the same work. Very impressive!
They are so nice here! There was a piece under my engine dragging on the ground and I pulled in right before closing and they still helped me. I can't remember the ladies names that helped me, but they were so kind and helpful. Fixed it right away and told me I could come back if it ever happened again and would fix it free of charge. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Their service was great that's why I always go to the same place they're very professional keep up the good work
I was in a minor accident and towed to firestone. The damage was more extensive than anticipated. It was about 5 or 6 days before adjuster could get out to assess damages. I took up one of there bays for a week! They were understanding and patient. Very professional.
