All the workers were prompt, polite, hard working and very professional!nnThey did a fabulous job with replacing siding, painting our entire house and putting in a window!nnThey cleaned up nightly and left our exterior nice and clean before they left.nnI would highly recommend this company! SKC did our interior painting for our walls. We recently bought our house and wanted a fresh, clean and updated look to make it a home. Chad sent us the best crew. Billy Brown and his team were excellent. They were dependable, professional and trustworthy. All the guys took special care to all details when moving furniture and prepping our walls to ensure there were no rough spots. Tony and I are both thrilled with the end results. We called Southern Kansas Contractors off the billboard on West Kellogg for an estimate to repair and paint our home. Chad Nichols (owner) came out and walked us through everything that needed to be repaired and why. He then had a Sherman Williams paint color wheel delivered so we could pick our colors. The first color we picked was not what we thought it was going to be so Chad had his crew stop so the Paint Project Manager could talk to us on what our options were. We chose another darker color paying for the color change and labor and I'm so glad we did. Long story short we were able to change the body color of our house and SKC stepped right in repainting what they had already done with no questions asked. I would highly recommend SKC to anyone looking for an awesome company to work with. The whole crew was very professional in every manner of business.
