I have never been so impressed with a food service person as I was with Scott at domino'snHe went over and beyond for us.nHis genuine concern to offer me everything I wanted and gave me the best deal .nThank you Scott.nThat kind of great customer service does not happen very often

Accidents happen and last week when I ordered the driver was unable to find my house. It's kinda hidden due to lack of lights. Called and spoke with Zack the manager he got me taken care of and another order sent out at a later time. Zack apologized for the mix up and really impressed with my his customer services skills. Will definitely keep giving them my business.

I totally appreciate the magnificent customer service the manager gave me today at 2:50pm in ordering my pizzas. I haven’t received my food yet but she totally gets 5 stars ✨ thank you for taking my order and bring so polite!

Pizza was good. Only negative thing I have to say, I wish we were told they did not have anyone available to bring our order to the car. We sat for 20 minutes waiting. We finally had to go inside to get our order. Our pizza was a tad bit cold. However we did enjoy it.

Ordered online for curbside delivery, checked in when I got to the store and finally called the store after sitting in the parking lot over 20 minutes waiting. Was told oh our system isn't updating. Got pizza home and my thin and crispy pizza was was stuck the bottom of the box with the crust goo. The only crispy part was the edges. Epic fail if you ask me!
