Been using Kurt's office for 10 years for evictions. I use him as an absolute last resort if I can't make any progress with the tenants. Always a smooth easy process.

Is just like other Lawyers in the area in that they will only help a tenant in an eviction case and are not willing to work with a paying tenant who needs help with an illegal rental. Typical area attorney who helps to foster the environment of illegal rentals in sedgwick county. Literally would've paid this guy my entire judgement just to help me deal with the hell that has been bestowed upon us by our slumlord. The things he said in the call he literally sounds exactly like one of them.
