Was ok the young man behind the desk was kinda rude and the other day when I came in the tanning bed was dirty I had to wipe it down gross.. .Came in before 10 am today
I was there around 4AM, and couldn't locate a staff member. There's no point in paying for a black card if there's not an employee to avail the services provided with the black card. No massage, tanning, discounted products, because there's no one to take your money. I gave them 4 stores for clean and we'll maintained facilities and equipment. The staff are friendly. They are understaffed. Not the employees fault.
The staff are always attentive and courteous. The locker room is kept up, absolutely no complaints.
Very friendly staff! One of the younger guys there I believe his name is Sam is pretty swole and super chill!
