We are new to Wichita so we had three people come out and give us estimates. Matt was by far the most knowledgeable and his prices were fair. He did a fantastic job. We will be using him for any future electrical work and you should too!

I contracted with King Solar to install solar panels on my workshop and backup generation capability. A major part of this project was the rebuilding of the electrical supply to my home and workshop to incorporate these new features. Huff Electric is the electrical contractor that King Solar uses and I was extremely impressed with their work. As the project was proceeding, Matthew Huff always kept me informed of the work to be accomplished and would take the time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with the work that Huff Electric did as part of my project and would recommend them to anyone that had an electrical job.

I've had Matt do two jobs for me in the last few years. First, I had him put a 100 amp sub panel and a couple of outlets in my garage. To me, this was a major job, but Matt was able to come up with a game plan that simplified the process of running wiring from the complete opposite corner of the house and kept the total time down to around 4 hours! City inspection was no problem whatsoever.nnSecond, I had asked him to convert our 240v outlet for an electric range to a standard 120v outlet in order to hide the chord for our gas range (it has always been stretched up and plugged in to a 120v outlet above the counter). When Matt showed up, he suggested that instead of converting the 240v outlet, that he could easily add a 120v GFCI outlet from an existing outlet used for the range hood. This suggestion allowed us to keep the 240v and hide the chord for our gas range. Additionally, he was able to move the original hood outlet to better location for an upcoming kitchen remodel. The work was done in roughly an hour with solid results.nnI have no hesitation to suggest Matt if you have any electrical work that needs done!

Huff electric was the electrical contractor on my basement remodel as recommended by Nathan Thompson of Square Deal Construction. The home is 35 years old which brings its own set of challenges when remodeling in order to meet current code requirements. There are no issues with his work from inspectors.nMatt Huff was friendly and easy to work with and I consider him a highly qualified and competent professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Huff Electric and in particular Matt Huff for any new construction, remodel or repairs in the electrical field.
