The new location is convenient and easy to get to. Very good selection, and prices. Just bought a new set of wheels. Tabitha went above and beyond with customer service !!!!nnAfter a couple weeks with the new wheels, had an issue with one of the center caps. I contacted Tabitha, and she made sure it was taken care of as soon as I got to the shop. As ALWAYS the customer service was amazing...... Thanks Tabitha !!!!!!!

These guys are tire repair superheroes! Seriously! Jason answered a call after hours for me and the very next day he came to my location, took my flat tire off & to the shop, and brought my tire back to me & put it back on... all before noon! I had no tools to do this and no spare. This is the best customer service I have ever received from a tire repair place. I asked about tire pricing as well to replace mine and Jason brought me a quote for 2 tires for roughly $150. You honestly won’t be able to find customer service like this anywhere else in Wichita! Thank you for saving my day! Did I mentioned they did all of this for ZERO charge!?

I am extremely pleased with the service and products here. Tabitha was quite helpful in getting the right tires chosen for our Jeep. And the new downtown location is very convenient! I definitely recommend Bosleys for any tire or wheel service.
