Could probably save a couple dollars ordering online, but nothing like supporting local businesses. Great staff and have tons of inventory. If they don't have it, they will get it for you ASAP.

I gave Truck Stuff 5* Because they were very accommodating. I am a person that likes things like I like them. LOL and the great crew at Truck Stuff were patient with me. They are knowledgeable about their inventory. They gave good advice on products and did a great job installing my Lomax bedcover. Thank you Valerie, Brent and Kendall.

Left me hanging on the MFG defect with my Ranchand bumper. Was supposed to have a replacement coming in never heard back. That's ok, theres plenty of other outfits to get parts for my fleet from. I just moved my company to Wichita, definitely would have been many thousands in repeat business.nnKeep in mind if you purchase a Ranchand bumper for your truck or I'm sure nearly any product from them. Ask to see what kind of agreements they are going to print on the receipt before they give it to you. I paid cash for my bumper, was handed a receipt after the sale that states no returns for anything including defects. I should have stopped it right there and walked away. No mention of this was made prior to the sale and it essentially eliminates your ability for any recourse if the product is damaged or not right in anyway. Then to top it all off, their guys in the back that loaded it into my truck told me about how they've had nothing but problems from Ranchand and that they wouldn't be surprised if mine was wrong and laughed that they wouldn't take it back. But they assured me they thoroughly inspected mine and we're confident it was ok... Yeah sure guys.

Great service! They were the only shop I could find that actually carried B&W bumper hitches in stock. Everyone else needed to order them in.
