My delivery men Ethan and his partner Gary = AWESOME!!!!nThey called and texted to ask if they could deliver earlier than expected, I was happy about getting an earlier delivery. They texted ETA times so I knew when they would be here. Ethan and Gary were so very polite, always saying thank you and using my name, customer service to this standard, I thought was a thing of the past, thanks Ethan and Gary for being polite and respectful. From browsing in the store in Salina KS to delivery I give the whole experience a 5 star. If I could give more I would. The service while shopping for a bed was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we finally decided on a bed we got it the same week. It was delivered on time and in great condition. The delivery team Steve and Phi were very friendly. I would recommend mattress hub Salina KS to anyone.
Brett Lund in the Hutchinson store was the best salesman. Knowledgeable, kind, and got us exactly what we wanted. And within 2 days, Steve and Gage were awesome when preforming our free delivery! The Mattress Hub is the best place to buy a bed. They ROCK!!!!
