The Area manager Tiffany Smith assisted me with her profound knowledge and expertise in choosing a specific storage unit to fit my expectations. I believe Affordable family storage is beyond the greatest storage company. With top-notch professionalism, you can't go wrong with this company.
This is an amazing storage facility. Even when I was behind on my payment they worked with me. I have used other storage places before and this one by far is out standing. I highly recommend Affordable Family Storage. Also the storage facility is very clean.

Moving out of my home, I hadn't planned on needing a storage unit.... but last minute, I did! Multitasking by loading furniture and searching for an affordable storage facility (unplanned expense), I found Affordable Family Storage. At the time, there was a current move-in special so I was able to lock in my unit, pay the costs online, and while submitting payment, Tiffany called. I explained my time constraints (U-haul rental) and the need to get in right away, she assured me everything would be ready to go once I arrived, emailed the contract and upon arrival she had the contract signed on her behalf and my copy printed. The only thing left for me to do was purchase a lock, which she charged my card while I hurriedly unloaded and attempted to bring the lock to me, but another customer walked in. You'd expect this place to be expensive from the looks of it, but it isn't. The customer service I was provided by Tiffany, no one in Wichita can beat! I 1000% recommend this facility for any storage needs.
