Pawnee Prairie Park

One of the most underrated parks in Wichita. Paved trails, nature trails, playgrounds and great scenery. It's a must visit park if you enjoy the outdoors and a short commute time.

Absolutely LOVE the nature center! It's expansive (not expensive), and there's so much to see! So much beauty! Great place to go for a run, a hike, a walk, and DEFINITELY a great place to bring the kids!

Nice place to walk. Good combination of paved and unpaved paths. The new marking system is done well!

I really love this place, been going here since I was just a baby. It's has changed a lot since then, but still a great semi quiet place to go. Last time I went there some drunk older women were being super obnoxious & throwing their beer bottles & broken glass everywhere! Families walk these trails with their little kids plus all the animals that could accidently eat that. Very disrespectful! Luckily the cops ended up being called & put a stop to it

Great park with wonderful trails! Great for equine, bicycles (only on approved paths), off-trail walks/hikes/jogs, and a nature experience!
