Incredible! We were driving our motorhome from Washington to Texas when we had a fuel pump go out in south Wichita KS at 4 PM on a Wednesday. We managed to get off the road and I began calling to find one or some mobile repair service. After many failed tries, I reached Inland Truck Parts and Service. The parts guy, Jeremiah Harper, was out for lunch but they said he would call me back. He called me and used my VIN to identify exactly what pump was needed, found one and said he would bring it to me. I began to secure and remove the fuel tank, a 75 gallon monster. When Jeremiah arrived with the pump, he crawled under the rig and began helping and suggesting methods. We realized I needed a few more tools to do this so he made a list and left. An hour later he returned with a motorcycle jack and the tools I lacked and he brought his two sons, Jackson and Mason, to help. By then I had hit an impass so he just jumped in and got the pump assembly out of the tank and was able to swap out the pump on the assembly and reinstall it to the tank. I don't think I would have got past that part alone. Together we raised the tank into place (with his gorgeous motorcycle jack) and bolted it in place. His boys were busy handing us tools and cleaning up. Jeremiah and his sons stayed with me until I started it up at 1:00 AM!nHe never got discouraged or lost his confidence (I wish I could say the same) and was positive and cheerful the whole time. He flatly refused any payment and said he just liked to help. I swear by The Living God, I have never experienced such charity and selflessness as shown me that night. It brings me to tears just thinking about it.nThank you a thousand times.nDave Edwards.

Not good. I have spent $2000 plus at Inland for my A/C and still have hot air..Inland wants more money.

We had a PTO driveshaft bracket break coming through Wichita late on a Saturday. The drive line hit the road and destroyed the ends on 2 shafts. I called the service department and Jeremy Albin answered the phone. From there, Jeremy picked up the ball and ran with it. He made the arrangements for Mike and himself to repair my problem on Sunday. Touchdown Jeremy! In a word...Awesome! More companies need employees like Jeremy and Mike!!!
