Someone mentioned the prices going up annually. I believe that is probably true. They raised ours but I was able to move my stuff out.nnThey do charge fees for trash left in hall, which I'm happy about. It keeps it cleaner environment for all of us. They just need to check their cameras before they decide who to charge.nnBy the time we had built our shed and moved out, we did have an unfortunate incident where a regular employee from a Public Storage at a different location was in error and rude.nI won't mention her name, but she called after we moved out adding charges for boxes and trash left in hall way. I contacted her, letting her know that it was not us. We stored everything in plastic tubs with lids and had no cardboard to leave behind. She was rude and assumed I was not telling her the truth. I had to go down there, and by then the normal employ I was familiar with was working. She knew how clean, and organized our storage was and corrected the issue, so I gave the four star.

I moved out of the facility by the due date had even asked Brad before I moved out if I owed themnanything so I could take care of it right then and there and was told I didn’t as long as I was out by that date. That date happened to fall on a holiday which there was moons around that day so I went in the next day was told everything was good and taken care of. I didn’t even ask for my deposit back which I should have received anyways. Today I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owed x amount of money for the storage unit that’s been closed out since September. I would not use this facility again ever. And have advised the company I work with to do likewise.

Jana went out of her way with the kindness in her heart to understand the situation that we are all in at the moment. She has been so wonderful to work with. I wouldn't suggest checking this place out unless she was here. She really makes this a great storage company to go through.

All the employees are so polite, they even went above and beyond and shoveled snow out of the way so we could access our storage unit and not damage anything.
