How is this considered a park? It's a sticker filled field next to a busy street and train tracks.

Beautiful quiet park! It is beside the railroad tracks. There are no amenities there, just good fresh air. I will be back for sure!!

Decent open space area. I've seen people practicing their golf swing, play Frisbee or few games of touch football.

It's just an open area of grass and trees. There is no playground equipment for the kids, no pic-nic tables that I saw. There is a set of train tracks right there and there is no fences to keep children away from the tracks. I wouldn't feel too safe there and there isn't anything to do.
