I have been going to Ganesh since I moved to Wichita, two and a half years ago. I was looking for a yoga studio that has the spiritual aspects of yoga and I found that and so much more at Ganesh! Not only do I feel better in my body, I have a place to push past my limits when I'm feeling limited and I have a community of amazing caring friends. Christince, the owner, is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and is always striving to learn more! I highly recommend any class offered by Ganesh Yoga Studio.
The Sound Bath + Yin event was an amazing experience. Loved the energy of the instructors as well as the overall vibration of the studio. Another great thing is they offer events and on Sundays!
Great instructors. Very knowledgeable about yoga. Willing to work with you one on one. Excellent prices and the owner/instructor even instructs classes for the Wichita parks and recreation. A great way to try out yoga if you aren't sure about it.
Great place to practice Ashtanga. Not intimidating to get into even if you've never done yoga. Even if you have, I'm sure you'd learn something new if you've never practiced Ashtanga before. I myself never had any experience with yoga and found this to be a great place to start. I've grown a lot and I encourage anyone who are on the fence to drop by and give it a shot!
