This post is for the CEO/Management/Corporate office or whom it may concern. I think your store that I have tried to help you get it cleaned up on W 21st is filthy. The concrete around the fuel area, the parking spaces, the entrance is in need of some very deep cleaning. There is trash everywhere, the trash cans are overflowing. I was in there today and I went ahead and give a quote as I have give business cards to manager, employees and was told that you have your own power washer and the employees do it. I think you should go to your store and see what you think. Your store is filthy and if you would like pictures I would be glad to get them for you.
the employees actually had a discussion about who was going to make the 2 pizzas that I ordered in front of 7 other customers. The young man was about to leave and it was busy, i get that. The girl had no interest in making them, just her actions and language told that story. Very unprofessional. I used to love this store but that was really an un cool thing to do
It still has the same operational atmosphere it has always had. Covid hasn't changed their place of business at all as far as I can see.
Most or the time there's shady acting men and women hanging around outside. Kinda nerve racking
Best, yet weirdest, pricing on gas I've seen thus far. Employers are polite. Rarely do I give 5 stars but Jump Start deserves it due to the prices and good attitudes.
