Walgreens

First of all, this was the most ghetto Walgreens I have ever been to. The Derby Walgreens didn’t have availability for one hour photos today so I sent them to the next closest store. When I arrived it was extremely run down with a child rolling around in the rocks in 30 degree weather by the front doors. There was a line of 3 people for the photo counter. The person working the front register often looked over but would not simply come over to the counter and pull our photos for us even when he had no one in line. He did tell us “someone would be there in 5 minutes” but declined to pull out photos when asked. We waited 25 MINUTES for the other employee to show up and when he saw us he told us “it would be a minute” and then went to go unlock the laundry detergent for another customer. You heard that right, they have the laundry detergent LOCKED UP at this store! Definitely not a good sign. At the end of the day, I did get my pictures but yikes next time I’ll wait another day and pick up in Derby.

This outside of this store is a complete disaster, there is trash everywhere, there are broken parking blocks and the landscaping is overgrown. This store is in need of basic outside maintenance.

Always very helpful on getting medication filled and will go extra steps to get what you need.

Came here to get my family’s passport photos. Went to WSU post office to mail in my passport applications and were informed my pictures were not excepted due to wearing glasses. Had to retake and pay for pictures there. Today I come to Walgreens and they did not refund my money because I did not have my receipt. Even knowing and acknowledging the fact they made a mistake!nnSave money, time and WAY better customer service at the Postoffice.
