I have a rear wheel drive car and my rear tires were pretty bad, I just needed my tires rotated, front wheels moved to back and rear wheels to front. As I pull into the garage I explained what I needed done on 10/24/20. Two workers told me that I should keep my tires where they are at because I need my best tires in the front. I explained to them that I have a rear wheel drive and they still did not budge so I drove off and left. The next day on my return trip home out of town the weather was bad and my back end slid out of control causing me to wreck into the side rail of a bridge. Thank god my kids and I were not harmed but my car was. When I returned to my town I replaced my rear tires and the mechanic there agreed with me that my best tires should be on the rear wheels. This place is trash and these workers don’t have a clue about the most simple operation of placement of tires. Walmart would’ve been better.

Always super helpful, I've had very good experiences with all the staff every time I've visited, they've never treated me with anything but the upmost respect. As a female, I always dread going into any place that has to do with a vehicle, staff at other places has attempted to swindle me, assuming I knew nothing about cars... these guys have always treated me very well, never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, have great prices, & awesome staff. I will keep going back to them because they are awesome :)

I have never had bad device at browns used this store several times over 20 yrs
