I was here to pick up a part and it went pretty smooth. They do practice good COVID preventative measures. Part was placed outside on a cart after the payment was made.

This business sold us the wrong tail light and when I came to return it I had to pay a 25% restocking fee for an item that was unused never taken out of the package the tag was still on it. Yet they wanted to tell me that they were trying to work with me not my idea of a good customer experience. I will not do business here again.

they sold me a motor that owner told me would work in the car..it did NOT offered me a the correct engine i put it in and it leaked water..it was a 09 impala.barney said well take it apart enough to find the water leak we will pay you to do so...... i did so it was a timming cover cracked in wreck then he would not pay for the tear down as well would not give any thing on labor for 2 engines swapped cause of Amads incorrect info..i do this for a living it is costly to do engine swaps..end of story was i took engine back and they would not return my CASH but wanted to wait and pay me by check and they did it was a week later..not cool not fair..just not the way to do bizz...i do work with lots of salvage yards..but i have never done bizz with them A R C since..i would caution any o n e from doing so ..they clearly dont stand behind there parts ..and i know several other shops and car lots that have told me the same thing.about the owner and this bizzness ...if you would like more details on this please feel free to contact L.T,s Auto..good luck..

The prices might be close to the most as far as salvage yards in Wichita but they usually have what you need on the shelf Ready. Very nice people. I go to them even for hard to find parts. They also make sure their parts are tested and approved for use. ARK will do the best to take care of you. Barney, Harry etc.. they'll do the best to assist you and if not they'll even search a yard around to get you right! Thanks ARK
