Christian Brothers Automotive is incredible! They've been very professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. When I call about a car need they take my car and drop me off at my office. The communication that follows is next level! They communicate critical needs, suggestions, and the things that are great. I'm immediately aware of the things I need to take care of and able to balance that against my budget. I love the way they take care of my vehicles and my family. I have used this business multiple times and have been treated professionally and kind every time. Work is always done to highest degree of service. No gimmicks they work on what you asked for and nothing else.
This place is amazing! I am not a mechanic and I tried to fix the brakes on my Honda Pilot and as it usually goes I made it worse. I called Christian Brothers early Friday morning to see if they could fix my mistake. They told me to run it up and they would work it in. Well before noon they called and the vehicle was fixed. They were professional, courtesy, clean and the price to get this done was below what I expected! I will definitely take my vehicles back when I need work done!
Wonderful and trustworthy staff. I was taken through the process of what was going to be done to my truck. They helped me understand the issues and gave me honest response as to best solution. My truck is running better than it did. Great place with a very friendly and honest staff. First shop I have been to that I felt like I could trust them doing the best they could and keep the price honest. With so much work they had to do I was even given a discount. My daughter had her car there for brake work. I paid for the service. Every time I called the person I talked to was professional and answered all my questions. After the work was finished I was told that I would be paying less then the estimate I was given which was a pleasant surprise! Just shows me the professionalism and honesty of this company! Thank you!
