First time I've been in this store. I was just picking up an oil filter that the competitor across the street didn't have. Staff was friendly and attentive enough for my short visit. I'll be back again.
Call any other store to see if the part you need is actually at this store. I've had to come back or go to a different store multiple times due to incorrect parts being given or told they were available here over the phone just to find out otherwise.
The customer service in this location is very poor! The female and two males who were working here on today were more interested in knowing about her drunk friends whom she had over the night before and how she busted a window by throwing a beer! No greetings or assistance when we came inside. When the manager on duty who came to the front to eat his Taco Bell he rudely asked if we found what we were looking for??? As soon as a Caucasian lady entered the store I heard greetings and the male ask if she needed help with something today. Learn to be polite to ALL, have better customer service than what your staff provided today!
Very helpful. Got a battery for our car and they installed it for us. Got us a cheaper price than anyone in town. Go here for all your car needs
The employees were helpful, and we really appreciate the quick turnaround of the free battery or windshield wiper installation. However if there's more than one other person in the store, it can take quite a while to you with only 2 employees on staff at a time.
