Good selection of merchandise and plenty of sales staff to help you. Use their photography studio and there was a wait as well as getting a photographer who said it was her training day. Nothing special in poses and a lot of really off center shots that couldn't be cropped.
Place is nice and clean. The lady that put batteries in my watch was alright. She wasn't really friendly with her facial expression but she did help me.
JC Penny is my store, loves to shop there. But for some reason part of the store looked dark. They should check their lighting system.
Great customer service. The only thing the shelves are pretty empty in a lot of areas. Looks like it's getting ready to close up.
